These terms cover your use of Vynema. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must give accurate information when you sign up.

You may only upload content you own or otherwise have the right to share. Vynema is a player and a private room; it is not a catalogue, and we do not supply films.

You are responsible for what you upload and for who you invite to watch it. Uploading material you have no right to share is a breach of these terms.

We may remove content and suspend accounts where we have a good-faith belief that this section has been breached, and we will tell you why.

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including rooms created and invitations sent from it.

Do not use Vynema to harass anyone, to distribute unlawful material, or to attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to anyone else's account.

Do not attempt to circumvent room access controls, and do not share invite links with people the room owner did not intend to include.

Vynema is currently free to use while it is in early release. Paid subscription plans are planned.

We will announce pricing, and give you the chance to review and accept it, before you are charged anything. No account will be billed by surprise.

When paid plans launch, this section will be replaced with the full billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms.

We work to keep Vynema running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Playback quality depends on your connection and your device, neither of which we control.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance.

You can close your account at any time. Doing so removes your content from active systems as described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Except where a breach is serious or unlawful, we will give you notice and a chance to put it right first.

Vynema is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of content you have not kept a copy of elsewhere.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page.
